STM 31733 NETWORK ADMINISTRATION

Network Administration course is designed and structured by linking the curriculum with the needs and interests of students in order to meet the requirements of becoming a good network technician. This course introduces students to the basic aspects of computer network administration, tools and communications such as configuring network devices, monitoring network devices using appropriate tools and resources. 

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLO)

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:

CLO 1: Apply the concepts of network management in managing small network environment. (C3, PLO2)
CLO 2: Construct basic configuration for switches and routers in small network environment. (P3, PLO3)
CLO 3: Perform group discussion in network monitoring traffic using related network monitoring tools. (A2, PLO8)
